Happy Valentines Day!

February 14, 2011

I hope you have a great valentine's day! I am recovering from Bronchitis or Pneumonia, so I am not doing much for Valentine's Day.

I am taking it easy, though today I do plan on making Sesame Chicken for Scott for dinner. He has done most of the cleaning and cooking for the last two weeks!

Here is a special valentine from my dear friend Karen, she is very creative and very sweet!

Isn't the cutest!!

Thanks Karen for making Valentine's Special!

Happy New Year!!

January 5, 2011

I hope you enjoyed the holiday season. I am usually feeling a little stressed, this year I seemed to be a little a head of the game. And instead of driving myself crazy trying to get the perfect gift, I gave out some gift cards!!

I was fortunate to have time off during the holidays and I even stamped some swaps.

Here is one of my favorite Christmas cards this year, the next is a luminary that we learned how to make in my technique group, and we made it at the Christmas party for ladies in my downline.

The next two cards are made from the nature walk stamp set that is in the mini catalog.

Fall is here?

November 4, 2010

I know yesterday I said fall is here, but really? It was 74 degrees and 80 is some places!! I am going to miss this weather in a couple of days……I looked at the 10 day forecast and on November 12th it is calling for showers and a chance a snow! So I hope you can get out and enjoy the sunshine today!

I am sharing with you some ideas from out last meeting. They are cute gift ideas that are pretty easy to make. The first one is an advent calendar made with our treat cups. A very cute idea!! The next picture is a box of tags using the tag set from the Holiday Mini Catalog in a cute box. Who wouldn't love to get that! The last picture is of  some candle holders made from pop cans and the big shot!!
The are very cute and of course pretty inexpensive!

I hope this inspires you to start thinking about making some Christmas gifts!

Fall Fun Event

October 4, 2010

We had our Sb Stampers fall fun event Saturday. It was  a great day! There were demo booths which showcased new products and wow demonstrations and Sara Douglas was there! For those of you that don't know, she is Shelli Gardner's daughter! I left very inspired and with a lot of new ideas to share with you. Here are a couple of pictures from the meeting. These pictures are taken from the decor elements table, these are available in the Holiday Mini Catalog. Don't you love them? The last picture is a design a house that is in the Holiday Mini Catalog too!
