First I want to Thank all of our Veteran's today for your service!!

I hope you enjoy your day! I am stamping, of course!! I am getting my cards ready for the month. This month I have stamp camps, Christmas card classes, our monthly stamp class and stamping at Ronald McDonald House to stamp with the families staying there.

Fall is here?

November 4, 2010

I know yesterday I said fall is here, but really? It was 74 degrees and 80 is some places!! I am going to miss this weather in a couple of days……I looked at the 10 day forecast and on November 12th it is calling for showers and a chance a snow! So I hope you can get out and enjoy the sunshine today!

I am sharing with you some ideas from out last meeting. They are cute gift ideas that are pretty easy to make. The first one is an advent calendar made with our treat cups. A very cute idea!! The next picture is a box of tags using the tag set from the Holiday Mini Catalog in a cute box. Who wouldn't love to get that! The last picture is of  some candle holders made from pop cans and the big shot!!
The are very cute and of course pretty inexpensive!

I hope this inspires you to start thinking about making some Christmas gifts!

Fall is Here

November 3, 2010

Have you missed me? I have been busy the last couple of weeks. I went to Portland and stamped with 400 friends. Well really I didn't know ALL of them. But there were about 400 people at the Stampin' Up! Portland regionals. We swapped and stamped and had fun. And I have new ideas and samples to share with you. Last weekend we went to visit our friends in Prosser, the Fosters. And just to make things a little more fun, I am making cards for troops in Iraq. A friend of mine adopted a troop and asked me to help make Christmas cards to include in their package. So I am making 80 Christmas cards this week too!

But I bet you came here to see what I have to share….so here are some ideas from regionals. The first two are pictures of this adorable haunted house, but how cute would this be as a gingerbread house? The next picture is stamped with the set all in the family and then they have flowers for their skirts. Pretty creative!! The next card is a very cute fall card, made with my favorite set out of the Mini Catalog French Foliage.
